Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 


Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, if applicable. 



If your product was damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so you can send it back to us so we can send you the replacement product(s).


International Shipping Policy

We will ship to other countries but are not liable if your product gets stopped in customs or is confiscated by foreign government agencies. Happy House ships all orders through FedEx, anywhere in the United States.


We will also ship all orders same-day if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays.  Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed. 

What shipping methods are offered?

We offer free 2-3 day shipping.


Can I change my shipping address? 

Please contact our customer service to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to change the shipping address and re-route your order. Can my order ship through the weekend? FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.


How soon will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day. 


What if I don’t receive my Happy House order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service department. 


How to request a refund. 

To request a refund, simply contact Customer Service at and one of our agents will get to work quickly processing your refund and answering your questions.
